Trayodashi is an important day dedicated to lord Shiva. Pradosh vrat is observed on this day. On this day devotees of Lord Shiva observe fast from sunrise to sunset and they break the fast in the evening after performing the Pradosh pooja. If Pradosham falls on Soma Varam (Monday) , Then it is called as Soma Pradosham. The dates of Som Pradosh for the year 2016 is given below.
